什么是泵的特性(xing)曲線(xian)?

通常把表示主要性(xing)能參數之間關系的曲(qu)線(xian)稱為離(li)心(xin)泵的性(xing)能曲(qu)線(xian)或特性(xing)曲(qu)線(xian),實(shi)質上,離(li)心(xin)泵性(xing)能曲(qu)線(xian)是液體(ti)在泵內運動規律的外部表現形式,通過實(shi)測求得。特性(xing)曲(qu)線(xian)包括:流量(liang)-揚程(cheng)曲線(Q-H),流量-效率曲線(Q-η),流量-功率曲線(Q-N),流量-汽(qi)蝕余量曲線(Q-(NPSH)r),性能曲線作用是泵的任意的流量(liang)點,都可以在(zai)曲線上找出一組(zu)與(yu)其相(xiang)(xiang)對的揚程,功率(lv),效率(lv)和(he)汽蝕余量(liang)值,這一組(zu)參(can)數稱為工(gong)(gong)作狀態(tai),簡稱工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)或工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)點,離心(xin)泵最(zui)(zui)(zui)高效率(lv)點的工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)稱為最(zui)(zui)(zui)佳工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)點,最(zui)(zui)(zui)佳工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)點一般為設(she)計工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)點。一般離心(xin)泵的額定參(can)數即設(she)計工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)點和(he)最(zui)(zui)(zui)佳工(gong)(gong)況(kuang)點相(xiang)(xiang)重合或很(hen)接近。在(zai)實踐選(xuan)效率(lv)區間運行,即節能,又能保證泵正(zheng)常(chang)工(gong)(gong)作,因此(ci)了解泵的性能參(can)數相(xiang)(xiang)當重要。
